如果是正規的用語,就可以用How are you these days/recently?但是比較口語的說法是'最近怎樣',也就是:How's it going recently/now/these days?但通常美國/英國人會直接問說'How's it going?',這時請不要誤以為他在說別的事情,他只是在問候你,回答'Fine, thank you'之類的就行.
